Pomerode Zoo is the largest zoo in Santa Catarina (Brazil), with over 1000 animals of 242 species. With almost 90 years of history, it houses endangered species and integrates national and international conservation programs.

The Zoo Pomerode logo was created with the idea of park and adventure in mind. With a robust and eye-catching font, it also catches the eye and is very reminiscent of visual identities adopted in jungle-related materials.
The lion was chosen to join the logo, being an iconic animal and considered the "king of the jungle".
The colors chosen were inspired by the sunset of the African jungle. Note that the tones, from top to bottom, range from lighter yellow to a darker shade to brown.
